Mulberry Leaf has long been a favorite of mine. Creamy and viscous, the flavor reminds me of coconut water. It has nutty cereal notes and a creamy mouthfeel. Very oolong-like but has no caffeine and can be enjoyed on an empty stomach :-) Excellent bedtime tea!
